Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all items within 5 business days of receiving your donation. All items are packaged to provide safe delivery of the item to your door step. We ship items via USPS to anywhere in the continental USA. For shipments outside the continental USA please contact us in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy
HILPA reserves the right to deny the return or exchange of any item for any reason.

Even though we package fragile items to insure safe delivery we recognize that an item may get damaged during shipping. If damage occurs during the shipping process, please take a photographs of the exterior of the shipping container along with a photgraphs of the damaged item immediately upon receipt of the item and contact us on the same day as the delivery. Failure to contact us with photographs of the packaging and item the day the item is delivered may affect our decision on whether or not to exchange the item.
